Partner drills are the highlight of the training

The art of fighting

The training covers close combat techniques such as hits, kicks, throws and sweeps, but also weapon defence and ground fighting.
Partner drills are the highlight of our training and account for about one third of the teaching.

Another third is made up of basic training for strength and body control.

Ball-related drills to teach the sequence of motions of fighting techniques are a preparatory stage for the partner drills and form the last third.

In training with different partners (weight/size/strength) everyone can check their own level of performance.

The partner training shows, which basics have to be further enhanced so that the fighting techniques can be optimally applied against the opponent.
